Ristorante Luciano

My wife and I visited this evening thinking we had a reservation. The reservation was mistakenly made by me for the following week. What impressed me was that Joe, without a hesitation, sought out a way to make room for us to dine. We were made to feel unbelievably welcome the entire time. Not only was the service impeccable but the food was to die for. It was so nice being in this space with so many people who were enjoying their evening. The entire evening, as people were leaving, I could not help but hear the sincere thank you’s that were being offered to the staff. This was truly a special experience and I recommend anyone who is visiting Stone Harbor to visit this restaurant.

Luciano’s elevates classic Italian dishes to the next level of flavor. Our tastebuds did a cartwheel and every bite stuck the landing, it left you wanting more. The staff maintained a friendly, professional, attentive, and outstanding level of service from start to finish. Exposed brick walls, wooden tables, and mood-lighting made for a wonderfully intimate experience. Our one critique is the opportunity for a less crowded seating arrangement. Although, when in good company, nothing is too close for comfort. Dish Recommendations: - Starters: Caesar Salad, Focaccia, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Bruschetta - Entrees: Chicken Piccata, Rigatoni Pomodoro, Fettuccini Alfredo - Desserts: Homemade Pound Cake, Crème Brûlée Cake, Chocolate Soufflé Countess Ego reminds you, elegance is learned, my friends. From what I can remember the food is excellent. Unfortunately between last season and this season I can not get a reservation regardless of how far in advance I try online or call. Well, I can but it is at 5 PM while I am still working or 9:30PM . I am told by bragging customers they hold prime time weekly standing reservations; I would love to know the parameters of getting on that list. Such a shame after 16+ years of loving this restaurant it has changed and not for the better. Truly will miss the wonderful food by Luciano.

We loved that you could make a reservation in Stone Harbor. It was a party of 8. The food was fabulous!! The Linguini Alfredo was to die for and the best I have had in years! The bass stuffed with crabmeat was excellent. If you love Brussels sprouts, get them as an appetizer. The whole table loved them!!! They were the best we all have ever had. I highly recommend this place. It’s a BYOB, and easy to bring a few bottles of wine on your own!
